Cute Boys with Boards.

Tony Tave, where have you been all my life...

Oh Eric Koston, he's so silly.

How cute is he...

He currently skates for: Element, Circa, Active, Nixon, Spitfire, Ogio, Venture, FKD, and Diamond.

I'm sorry I've been slacking on the boys with boards. It isn't as easy as I thought it was going to be, but I'll do my best.

Get off Jo's BOYS!

Story of My Life.

Dear Demi,

Thank you for writing this beautiful song...

"Every Time You Lie" pretty much the story of my life. I couldn't have said it any better than you did in this song. I know exactly how you feel.

Your new album is amazing, I can't stop listening to it. It's exactly what I need.

This soul you'll never see again, won't be showing scars.

New Beginnings.

Dear CSULA,

When I think about starting a new semester at a new school I get a flush of emotions. I don't know whether to be happy for a new beginning, sad for leaving a place that has taught me a lot and a lot of my friends go to, scared because I don't know what to expect, or excited to be in a new place with new people...

New things, new people is def something that I am in dyer need of. I mean yes, I know people that attend that school, but really? I'm probably going to be forced into making some new friends, of course this isn't saying much since everyone seems to know everyone else in some other way, shape, or form. A change of scenery is exactly what I need right now.

I can't wait. I haven't been this excited to go back to school in a long time. I am wishing for the best and praying that everything turns out okay. I need to keep myself headed towards the future and stop dwelling on the past. I will say that I left a piece of my heart at COC. I learned a lot and the small campus helped with that, so did the countless friends I came across on any given day. As excited as I am to leave, I will miss it there. Who the heck is going to go to Corner Bakery everyday? Lol.

To new beginnings..

The Volturi.

Dear Chris Weitz,

I had my hesitations about the people that were casted as the Volturi, but after seeing this, I have left all of my trust into your hands...

From the clips, to the countless pictures that have been revealed, I am loving you more and more each day. I am so sorry that I ever doubted you. I am still having my regrets about David Slade, but I think I should give him a chance since you turned out to be a heaven sent angel.

I like that you are continuing with the whole "crest" deal. The Cullens have one, the wolf pack have one, and now even the Volturi has their own crest. I love the care and attention that you are dedicating to this movie, it really does mean a lot to us. I can't wait to see the movie in it's entirety. You are my new favorite director.

Keep up the amazing work.

Oh My Kellan.

Dear Kellan,

Let me just point out how brilliant you are for showing up to Comic-Con looking like this...

If you had walked by me, I would not have even looked twice. If I had a conversation with you, it might be a different story.

I am very disappointed that you weren't part of the panel. When I found out you made an appearance at the Twilight screening it broke my heart to know that I wasn't there and you were. Please stop avoiding me. I promise I won't bite. Haha.

Can you please get a Twitter so you can post the next time you decide to run around shirtless in L.A? I promise I won't stalk you everyday. Maybe like once or twice a week? LOL.

I wish I saw you in San Diego, it would have made up for the terrible morning I had there.

I love you mucho.

Comic-Con 2009.

Wednesday night I left my house with Michelle and Sam at 9:45 pm. We got to San Diego around 1 am. We set up shop on the grass in a line with about 300 other people. All for the love to Twilight. I was honored to see Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland trailer in 3-D as well as witness Johnny Depp in the flesh. I was graced by Andy Samberg and Kristen Bell. Best of all, I got to witness a live panel for what is going to be my favorite movie ever, New Moon. I love Chris Weitz and everything he has done and is bringing to the table for this movie. I can not wait till November.

Come on my journey with me through my video...

While walking around we noticed that Terry Crews was doing a meet & greet...

It was an overall amazing experience that I will probably never do again. I had a great time, got some free stuff, and witnessed amazing footage.

See you at the New Moon premiere in November!

Book of the Month.

Ann Brashares is the reason is the reason I began reading for fun. The Sisterhood of the Traveling pants is still one of my favorite series of all time. Her recent book titled, 3 Willows, continues to keep the Sisterhood alive through 3 new girls and their new adventures, but because they live in the same town as the girls from the Sisterhood, it is pretty neat to see the interactions that take place between the two generations...

If you're looking for a good summer reading book I would definitely suggest reading 3 Willows. Not only does it take place in summer, but it is a very easy and quick read and I guarantee you will be entertained the entire way through. Ann Brashares continues to remain one of my favorite authors that you must check out.

Pick up a book and read it.

One More Night.

We can't stay in San Diego longer than Thursday, even if we wanted to. That makes me sad. Not only am I missing the various blogs that are having events, 5&A Dime and WTF? is having a Twilight movie night! Ugh.

You should go if you live in SD. I'll be at work, hating life.

Comic-Con will PWN all.

Bay Area.

As a teenager, I spent almost ever summer in Union City. After a very unfortunate event it got harder and harder for us to visit our close friends that we came to know and love and that we consider family. My brother always tried to make the effort to visit as often as he could, but even that got hard. I was giving the privilege to head up there this weekend and I didn't realize how much I missed it. I took those summers for granted and I really did have some amazing memories in that small town up north.

These boys treated me like the little sister they always wanted, haha...
and that's why I love them so much.

Jared's kids are pretty much the happiest kids I've ever met, and it doesn't hurt that they happen to be freakin adorable...

The boys always start and end our time together with their lame hand shake...

but, it is tradition, so I guess I can't complain.

My weekend in the Bay went by too fast and I hope I get to see my family again in the very near future. It's not exactly like old times, but we tried our best with what we had. I love you guys and thanks for a great weekend.

I miss the weather up there.

New Faces, Familiar Places.

The classic Disney Princesses have been in my childhood and still lives on in through children today. We haven't been given a real Disney Princess in quite some time. I mean come on, Giselle from Enchanted wasn't their brightest idea, right? Well, this Christmas, Disney is coming out with a remake of classic story which also debuts Disney's first African-American Princess...

The cast includes Anika Noni Rose, Terrence Howard, and Oprah Winfrey.

I don't know about you, but this looks pretty amazing to me. I must say that it is about time they came up with an African-American Princess.

I wish I could say I was going to see HP6 tonight. Sad faces.

Happy 23rd birthday TJ!!!

And the Saga Continues.

A dance group called BOUNCE came up with the most amazing way to remember Michael Jackson and make his dance & music live on forever.

This routine was taught and learned in 30 minutes and the group has gathered in 3 public places so far. I believe they plan on visiting more and I really hope they do.

I want you back.

Cute Boys with Boards.

I think I fell in love with the DVS Skate team today. I've been watching their videos for the past hour and I don't want to stop. This boy takes the majority of the cake, but they all blow my mind with their skating...

Andrew Brophy:

This cutie originates from Australia and currently skates for DVS and the one and only Huf.

Check him out, but just to let you know, the music is kind of odd...

You honestly do not have to like skateboarding to appreciate the video below. It's kind of beautiful and amazing, and I love it...
Featuring Andrew Brophy, Daewon Song, Keith Hufnagel, Zered Bassett and Torey Pudwill.

One of Andrew's parts in the video...

Backstreet Boys.

With the loss of one of my favorite childhood heroes and performers, I thought it would be fit to commemorate the artists that I appreciated when I was a wee lad, at least while they're all still gracing this planet. It is probably going to take place in a series of blogs, and involve many boy bands, but it's okay, flashbacks are always fun.

The Backstreet Boys were my favorite boy bands, until NSYNC came along and stole my heart. BB then became #2 on my list and will always be second place to NSYNC. Nick Carter was as dreamy as Ken and his plastic body. Recently, I found out that Nick almost overdosed on some drugs and might have left this life as we know it, but is now recovering and doing a lot better. The Backstreet Boys were an instant sensation. Touring the world, singing beautiful songs, dancing nifty choreography, they had it all. I honestly don't know what happened to them or why their fame didn't last, but I guess people move on and find something better. It's human nature.

The Backstreet Boys Official Book...

This book is originally priced at $14.95. I found it at the 99 Cents Store, and my mom bought it for me for $1.08. Thanks mommy! I have not had the pleasure of reading it yet, but I did look at the many pictures it contains. There are pictures of them in Egypt, on tour, and even at their homes. They are def no Michael Jackson, but they had a good run while it lasted and I thoroughly enjoyed their music and entertainment.

Do I think they could make a comeback and be as popular as they were back in 1996? No, but they were big in the music industry then, now they're just big. Oh, oops. I still love them, except Kevin and especially Nick. There is no use in hating, just respect the fact that they did do something right if they got that famous.

I know what you're thinking, this is exactly what is going to happen to the JoBros. Well, yeah, probably. It doesn't hurt me to say it because it's probably true. They aren't the next Beatles, it's just their time to shine, so deal with it for now. People are always wanting something better, so sue me if I like mainstream music and cute boys.

Since I wrote so much, I was planning on leaving you with my favorite BB music video, but I can't embed the video so here's the link to Backstreet Boys "Everybody (Backstreet's Back): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hb-q1XPNr7M

I guess I've always had a thing for boys named Nick.

I Love You MJ.

Dear Michael Jackson,

My eyes have not been dry since the moment I got home and began watching the memorial. You have touched the lives of so many people throughout the entire world, I do not know how people could still have such hate for such a compassionate and loving person. You have changed the world for the better, despite what anyone may say. You broke racial boundaries and contributed to as many people's lives as you could, especially through the countless charities that you have donated to or raised money for. You were a wonderful father to your children and that, no one can deny you of. You have given wonderful music, life, love, dancing, fashion, and hope to a better tomorrow. Thank you for all that you have done.

Rev. Al Sharpton could not have stated it any better...

THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. ♥

I love you Michael. Rest in paradise.

Tag You're It!

YouTube has this really fun game of tag that has been going on for a while now. If you get tagged, you make a video talking about 5 facts about yourself, you then conclude the video by tagging 5 other people. I was tagged today!

This is really a very long game of tag. Among the many people that have participated in this game, some recognizeable names may be Kat Dennings, KevJumba, Gabe Bondoc, WHATTHEBUCK, and Passion.

Just thought I'd share. It was actually kind of fun to make, and really fun to see how many people have made one of these videos on YouTube.

Peter Pan & Wendy turned out fine, so won't you fly with me?

Cute Boys with Boards.

Sean Malto is probably the cutest little boy you will ever see...

He's only 7 days older than Nick Jonas, which would make him 16, turning 17 in September. He currently skates for Girl and I can not stop watching videos of this cute ball of sunshine. Lol.

Check him out for yourself, but I am warning you now, you will fall in love...

I need to find some boys my own age. Haha.

You Got the Touch.

Dear Shia,

I can not contain myself when it comes to watching your interviews. You are so socially awkward, in a good way, that makes me just love you even more...

Thank you for being you. Don't ever change, only get hotter. Keep doing what you do, I love you!

Can we just run away and get married?

Get Lost Purity Ring.

Dear Kevin Jonas,

The day that I saw these pictures of you and Danielle, I couldn't help but let out a big and long "awww"...

From the constant pictures that are taken of the two of you, to the interview with Larry King when you finally admit to having a girlfriend and saying "she's a great girl", I can't help but love that you're in love and not ashamed of it. Although, there are the moments that I consider to myself that she may just be a gold-digging whore that looks like Hailey Duff, especially when you take her shopping. She has yet to prove me wrong, but I do see the way you look at her, and talk about her that makes me happy that you're happy.

So, I guess what I'm trying to say is Congratulations! I hope she's in it because she really does love you. I wish you the best of luck in your relationship. It is going to be kind of weird once you guys are actually married, but that's okay! Time to take off the purity ring, I guess.

If you aren't the JoBros friend on MySpace, then you wouldn't have seen this bulliten:
From Kevin Sr. and Denise Jonas:

"Our hearts are filled with joy today and we are happy to share with you that our son Kevin has asked Danielle Deleasa for her hand in marriage. Her answer was yes and it is such a blessing that she will be joining our family. Kevin and Danielle have not yet set a date. Family is very dear to us and we hope we have raised Kevin to be a wonderful man and husband. Please join us in our families celebration and in congratulating Kevin and Danielle. Thank you for all of your support."

Thank goodness it's not Nick.
